Focus! How to increase it life changingly?

Hey guys,
I can't focus very well and because of that I am not a great listener(kinda ADHD) .I think the most important factor to be successful in your life and Pick up (which is a part of it) is having focus.
Any suggestion on how to increase focus?
I mean has any body experienced a huge difference in terms of increasing focus by sticking to some methods or life style, something life changer.
If yes, would be grateful , if you share it here.
