New to MPUA Forum

I'm talking about wearing ear rings or necklaces. Thing is i used to wear earrings about a year ago, but i stopped and the holes closed up. When i did wear earrings it seemed like i had more confidence maybe because i felt "cooler". Should i get my ears pierced again? Will this help my game?
