How can I stop myself getting insanely jealous if another guy even talks to a girl I like?

For me it helps to know that she aint the only one i like. So expand your circle. Even more, in my blatant arrogance, i like to believe that if i made a good enough impression, she wont forget me if he does score or that he aint that impressive at all. hehehe.

by realizing that you are going to lose her eventually because:

- nothing lasts forever

and

- if she cheats, she's a hoebag and you will replace her

Meet other girls, distract yourself :) Bcs jealousy WILL be shown in your actions and you really don`t wanna come off as needy or smth. Just distract yourself and you`ll be fine. That˙s normal that you are jealous but it will go away after some time in the game.
