Neil Strauss says in the game that you don't want to have a woman think you are trying to get into her pants before she is thinking about getting into yours.

Additionally, you don't want to be too AFC and I think it helps to be a bit sexual to help with escalation etc..

The point in which you escalate is once you've noticed she is interested in you. Upon meeting someone a human naturally pre-judges you on whether or not you are a viable sexual partner and what your attributes are. Neil Strauss' point is that you don't escalate or show interest until you have received indicators of interest. The advantage men have is that attraction is less visual for women.

Keep in mind though that Neil has a particular method of being indirect. Another famous guru known as David Deangelo advocates being cocky funny and making sexual based jokes freely and naturally. Also, being more sexual initially, this is a more direct method.

Personally, I believe that you should try a range of methods and find out what style suits you best. So find a lot of women to try different ideas on.

You have to sexually escalate one way or another. If a girl texting you back right away, you have to do it. You have to communicate to her, that you know she is a sexual person, and you like her for that. (qualification).

My favorite way of doing is through role playing. I like to make it smooth as possible like is part of the conversation. Don't force it in there. I was in red zone with this girl, sexually escalating it smoothly got me back to green.
