ok so i started a new job as a dishwasher and there is a girl there that im very sure is feelin me just based on the way she looks at me. we have exchanged a few words here and there but she is a waitress and we only really see each other when she drops dishes back for me to wash.

basically idk how to game her when i never really get a chance to talk to her because im back washing dishes all night while she is out on the floor. im confident in my chances but idk how to pick her up without desperately searching her out, or asking her out without chatting first which might ruin my chances.

Talk to her a little everyday. You don't have to be like a Ferrari rushing to the finish line. Start with 2 min conversations and then say something along the lines " it was nice talking we should talk again.. Do you text etc..". If she has interest in you no reason you should be worried of anything.
