Ok here's the background story, number closed a girl in less than 5 minutes a while back (didn't have a lot of time) and we texted back and forth for a bit and i asked her to come out and she said she wanted to, but this was also during exam time, so she said she had to study. So I froze her out for a while and i sent her a couple ping texts recently and she just randomly messaged me.
Her: What's your star sign? (nothing to do with my ping texts)
Me: Libra, why? Are you checking our compatibility or is it something even more mischievous?
her (no reply)
Me: (1 day later) Fine I'll look it up cappy, never paid much attention to astrology I admit. Interesting...though I'm generally happy, not moody. Your a control freak apparently lol
Her: Haha well my friends and I were reading sextrology for kicks for a few months and I was hooked, but one of my new years resolutions was not to talk about it - oops! haha

What should I say? Should I talk about sextrology? Call her naughty? Go for the meetup? What do you guys think?

Phone calls make things happen... Texting just keeps a conversation chain going, especially when you don't have much rapport they will usually lead to a dead end.

Seriously, women respond really well to guys who call because it is increasingly rare. I would leave it for a moment then simply call her for a hang out in a low pressure outing. Perhaps among friends because as you said she's only been in your presence for a few minutes so you don't have much rapport. I think you're time could be better served being out in the field finding new women, instead of over-analyzing texts.
