So I have been "talking" to this girl for awhile now (I mean I guess you can call it talking). We text a lot she text me everyday and stuff, and we have hung out numerous times but hasn't escalated all the way as I would like. The bump in the road is that she makes us excuses and/or doesn't put forth effort into hanging out as I would like. She tends to always be around her teammate 24/7. Apart of me wants to think she's bisexual or something because she's always doing something with her. And she has told me she afraid of commitment when all I want to do is hang out have fun and get to know her. Where do I go with this situation?

If you dont care about losing her friendsship freeze her out for a week, invite her over for drinks with strong sexual undertones, if she agrees escalate.

If you care about losing her as a friend, don't do anything and be resigned to have her as a study buddy, because you are firmly in the friendzone, which is very hard to get out of.
