So I'm trying to get witg my co worker and I don't know what's going on. One minute she wants to hang out and says when are we gonna go out then when I try to ask her out she doesnt give a definite answer. So I flirt with other girls and she get all jealous. She wants to do things but then she cancels. I tols her I liked her but she just plays it of as a joke. I would like a relationship with her but I think she's just playing me. What should I do? Cut of contact or try to get with her.

i would say, definitely, since she is playing games as you say, keep persisting until you score her, so that once you hookup and have sex, she can play even worse games, and turn it all around on you and turn your life into a living hell with potential sexual harassment, etc.

Tell her directly to smarten the fuck up. Slap her playfully across the face and tell her "when you come back to reality, give me a shout and if I'm still available maybe we can do something".

No really though, flirt with other girls not to try and win her over (she's probably not worth it frankly), but to hone your game and create more opportunities for yourself.
