How to achieve your goals in PUA/life?

Many of you guys who recently have joined this forum probably have AA, or don't have an idea how to create attraction. But also a lot of people don't know how to achieve the goals in their lives.

So i'm gonna give you the knowledge you need to improve your behaviour in achieving the goals. Therefore, I first need to explain you something.

The way our behaviour works is because of 2 unbelieveable things that controls us:PAIN and PLEASURE!

For example: do you smoke, masturbate, or gamble too much then you actually WANT? Do you think that you have bad habits but still you perform these kinds of behaviour? Do you think you have too much weight, but still struggle to lose pounds because you cannot stick to a diet?

Now the problem of this is because we cannot overcome the short-term pain to gain the long-term pleasure. Think of it for a moment. All of us want to avoid pain. So in case of the diet: we don't want to get the hungry feeling (which is emotional pain) so after a brief time we will eat again to avoid the 'pain'. An addicted gambler wants to avoid the pain of NOT gambling. So he gambles on and on to gain short-term pleasure but will have a long-term pain such as: no money, losing people he used to love.

If you understand this problem, and you are willing to DO something about it, then you can do this RIGHT NOW! Perform these steps, stick to it, and you will notice a change:
- First write down four actions that you need to take that you've been putting off.
- Second under each of these actions, write down the answer to the following questions: Why haven't i taken action? In the past, what pain have i linked to taking this action?
- Third, write down all the pleasure you've had in the past by indulging in this negative pattern.
- Fourth write down what it will cost you if you don't change right now!
- Final step: write down all the pleasure you will receive by taking each of these actions right now!

When writing these steps down, you will notice that the behaviour and pleasure you have right now isn't as good as the pleasure you will gain by changing your behaviours and go for the long-term pleasure.
