Ok this is just very general and an observation that suprisingly took me a while to notice.
I do a serious job (government) and work with serious people and this accounts for probably 80% of my life. While im still active, a keen gym goer, I drive a fast car, am always dragging the lads out drinking and playing drinking games etc a lot of the 'seriousness' has rubbed off in my everyday life.
For example my friends will say things to girls that I just think is plain inappropriate, while they rarely offend I would still struggle to push the limits as far (with someone I don't know).
I have also become more reserved and lately am making a conscious effort to instigate games, do silly things and be less serious. However I feel like it's effecting my game and I feel that girls attract quicker and more naturally in a club/pub environment to the fun/less-serious guy.
Any hints/tips/observations?
As I say I make a consciouss effort and have started to try and watch a lot more standup just to be a bit more fun/humorous as naturally much of my humour is quite dry and said with a straight face and it seems to just go over a lot of people's heads. While I enjoy myself I don't laugh so much either (something i'm consiously working on).
Guys any help would be great!....
p.s. please excuse sp/gr as i'm on my phone and it's a nightmare!
TT
