So I was chatting with a HB7 online last night. We go to the same college but we're both home for the break.

At one point in the conversation she tells "you better be here when i get back" cause she's going to eat dinner with her family. She never came back.

How do I respond to this shit test? If I call her out on it, it seems I care too much on the other hand it seems like shes trying to see how much she could get away with without me saying something.

next time she starts a conversation, tell her "hang on im wating for this (insert name here) chick to come back so i cant talk to you right now". but do it playfully

Kinda surprised you waited. She just wanted to hear you say ok "i'm really available" might be past the point of playful already. You should have said nah can't wait around im on my way out for night and left it at that. Not to get rude but if she was really interested she would have been back online right after dinner with the fam but as you said she never came back. So that tells you something...she probably isn't as interested in you as you are in her. Its ok though cause if she flaked on IM just imagine what else she would flake on. Do as you wish with this but understand you deserve better...just learn from your simple mistake ie: too available and don't do it again.
