I found this. When I'm running two set... And this is only for beginners... If you want to be sure your target is attracted to you. When you get to speak to the target's friend without your target being around tell her friend : " I think your friend doesn't like me " and be serious. I've only tried this twice and it worked brilliantly. Generally the target's friend would hell her what u think and target will start showing active interest.

Try it out guys and tell me if it worked for you.

here is a easier way, if there standing around talking to you, take it as an IOI.
