So I met this girl through a mutual friend she had a boyfriend so I never made a move on her because they seemed pretty serious. Anyways she broke up with her boyfriend a few months ago.. I never made a move I had other things going on in my life like the death of my little brother. Recently I have been thinking more about her and trying to maybe get to know her more.

The problem is I don't ever see her anymore.. Its hard to explain but I guess what I want to ask you guys is how would you go about getting to know her?

My two friends talk to her on a regular basis and have her phone number. She does not go out much because she is into church and works alot. How do you guys think I should play this.. I feel weird asking my friends for her number and then just calling or texting its something I think would totally backfire.

Please help. I don't want to sound cocky but I am pretty sure she likes me.

You have her phone number, ring her up, arrange a meet up, make a move(escalate) as soon as you see her. and continue doing so

Well the problem is my friends have her phone number I never got it directly from her so I feel weird calling her when she did not even give it to me.
