Just need some general tips, I've never fucked a virgin before.

OK so she's 21, been fingered and has sucked a dude off before, but never been penetrated.

I don't see how that's the last chance you'll ever get, that's very young.
Arrange a time to meet up with her, don't make it about sex, once you do meet up with her, all you have to do is that the lead, she'll follow since she knows you know what you're doing more than her.

I'm 28, how many virgin girls are left in their 20's, not many. I think it's fair to say this could very well be my last chance to pop a cherry.

Ive come across a lot of virgins but never took the dive.

One thing for sure is that they are very clingy, very sensitive and need a lot of maintainance. In my case i always run across them when i already have 2 or 3 fwb in rotation.

I fool around with them, kissing, bj, fingering etc just so i could get rid of the sexual tension. Taking virginity is a huge deal for them and unless you are ready to talk the fvck out until they get comfortable with the idea of fwb and then slowly fade away or you are ready to plainly hurt them by just disappearing after the deed, i say dont go for it.

Either way its a lot of work and a lot of stress to go through for bad sex.

Yea I expect her to get clingy and be a bit of a pain in the ass for the first few months, but like I said I really wanna do this and am prepared to deal with the fallout to get it. As far as "sexual conquests" go fucking a virgin, for me, is the final frontier, I've pretty much done everything else.

For my own piece of mind, at least, I have told her that it's only going to be FWB at most and that I'm not looking for a relationship, mainly to minimise my own guilt when I inevitably jump ship.
