I am in this workplace scenario and this is the second time I am facing the same situation. I have lack of confidence in the mid game currently as I am reasonably new to PUA and lack communication skills or so I have believed even though I have different compatibility and skill level with different people.
So I have a girl give IOI and attracted to me. I am in the mid game, I am talking to her, trying to go through all the stages of PUA - attraction, comfort, qualification, kino, close etc but since I have not been able to progress through all the stages I have still not closed and if I say something wrong or girls sense a drop in confidence they quickly spread rumours about me to lower my status.
On both the occasions I have conveyed my intent of F'kng from the word go, which I dont know is a wise thing to do.

How should I be dealing with this ?

I hate workplace environments, definitely not my strength. If you want to get a lot of pussy, theres a few things you seemingly need to do...

1: AMOG the guys first, then game the girls afterwards.
2: Flirt with not just one of the girls, but all the girls equally.
3: Have sex with another staff member as soon as possible and make sure people find out.

This is why I hate these environments because there is so much bullshit and hurdles you have to jump, naturals really come into their own in these environments.
