Anything that demonstrates that you are bigger, stronger than a her as well as confident while always being a gentle man, read the girls receptiveness to it and never force them into physical contact they don't want... you covered most; firm hugs, picking them up a little, dancing is a good way to do this.

If you are already kissing the girl... make sure you're confident with your 'moves', girls find nervous, hesitant moves a turn off. They will normally give you hints if you are going too fast/far. Another one that seems to work is to gently but firmly pulling them towards you by their chin/behind ear when you kiss them.
