Cut to the chase as quick as possible here. Started working at a place around 3 months ago. (I'm 19 myself and the girl in question is 18 ) . Gorgeous girl, the type who'd turn heads when she walks into the room. The last 2 or 3 weeks she's been giving me some serious IOI's. Constantly being around me, or in my vicinity. Always resting her head on my shoulder. Giggling and so on. Serious eye contact. We kissed the other day when we were both alone in the 'Kitchen' and since she's been all over me like a rash.

However....Today, I found out from a colleague that... (In fact her actual words were) I'm surprised you haven't asked her out, Because she's going with another fella now. She was out with him last Saturday and ended up back at his). But even since, she's still all over me like a rash.

Anyone able to point what i should do next? The place is voluntary work so you can come and go when you please. Maybe i should offer her a chance to miss me by not showing up...And so on.

now if this doesn't work, get her phone number, expect her to be flaky and never meet you up when it is over the phone unless she doesn't have a bf and she thinks you are better then all the other options she has (usually 18 year old hotties have plenty)

Update - On her way out today i thought bollocks, if i let her go now that will be it. Worked up the confidence and i said to her! 'Hey,What you doing next Friday? Nothing i don't think, Why? I'm going out to town, You should come!'. She looked me deep in the eye and said 'I think so too!'. She approached me and gave me a cuddle.

Felt great afterwards but this is just the start. The plan would now be naturally to get her out & Nail her
