I am seeing a girl at workplace, she gave me huge IOI and is very comfortable talking to me. She usually completely ignores other guys who she is not interested in so I think she is into me cause she treats me differently.
We have tried to make our intents clear from starting(as in physical relationship), but it was all conveyed through hints, eyes, not verbalized.
Now I have developed reasonable rapport, but not much kino, infact not much at all cause I have to go to her seat to talk and its difficult to do kino at workplace.
Now I want to take her out, but I want it to be done in natural way, not abrupt so to minimize rejection.
So what at milestones I should aim for(before asking for date like kino, qualification), and what is the best way to ask her out(like lets go for something adventurous).

The best 5 dates in my experience (and mystery's and David D's) are non-date-y ones. No dinner, nothing formal. I'd get some friends together (even two would do) and just ask her to tag along (but make sure they have someone to talk to while you're with your girl). Perfect context to start showing your intent, DHV and do kino all at the same time. Do it sooner than later.
