When an HB quickly glances at your chest every so often while talking to them - is this an IOI??!? I notice some do this...even older cougs at my work (kinda creeps me out). Been wondering this for a while...even tried researching it but couldn't find anything.

I'm not huge, or have any weird protrusions sticking out of my chest. What do you guys think? Anyone else notice the same?
