K closed with a HB8-9 on the weekend and got her number. I was at a music and food festival and I just sort of bumped into her during the day and said something. later on I saw her again walked up to her and said

"I think you're really cute and I have to meet you"

she giggled and I introduced myself. she told me her name grabbed my hand and had me tag along with her group. little later on after a bit more flirting I kissed her and got her number.

Just got to the whole I'm going to take you out to coffee bit and her reply was.

Who said I even like coffee? haha where are you from again?

Instinctly I want to say It'd be a real shame if you didn't because you would miss out on meeting up with this amazing really ridiculously good looking guy. however this guy also enjoys quiet drinks after work

or maybe

oh you don't like coffee? I coulda sworn you were the classy sip on a latte type of lady when we met the other day. Guess I was wrong

How would I best respond to this?

This is clearly a shit test.. Honestly I would text her back "Im from quit-being-a-bitch-ville, coffee tomorrow at x" or something along those lines. Dont play games with her over texting yet.
