So i've recently lost my virginity (had sex 2 times) and i'd like to ask some questions about improving this aspect.

1. First off, realistically speaking, how long does sex last ? Also how long does a normal guy stay hard for ? I find it disheartening to see guys in porn go wood for goddamn 50 minutes.

2. How long is your average girl supposed to last ? I'm asking this because i fingered the girl for like 15 minutes and i couldn't tell if she had an orgasm or not. I'd say that 50 minutes is not really ideal, unless you can keep her really wet or she is a nymphomaniac. Don't worry about it, the average length for intercourse is 10-15 minutes (I also read some study that that's the length most women seem to prefer).

Yeah, 50 minutes is kind of a long time and if she has already orgasmed she may not appreciate endless thrusting on your behalf. But sometimes you can have really long sessions. But don't judge real sex by porn, it's nothing like it really. As long as you don't blow your load in like 45 seconds

I think it's more about quality than quantity. You can have AMAZING sex even if you only last ten minutes. She can still cum like 6 times+ in that time. It all depends on the girl and what she needs i guess.

Edit: Majority of girls need clit stimulation to get them off, so use this to your advantage to do it while fucking her and/or in your stopping period if you're trying to last longer. It all depends what she likes.

There's LOTS of techniques you can use. Two quick easy ones, deepen and slow your breathing, relax your core muscles. Try it when masturbating if you can't always practice sex. It works.
