I read the 60 yoc manifesto and that looks good to me since I think it would fit my personality. I don't think I fully get it though...

In a way I already do a lot of the things in 60 yoc. The problem is that in the manifesto it doesn't explain how you are supposed to initiate contact with women. I don't approach at all now, definitely don't use openers and I wind up in contact with a woman maybe about half the time I go out if not a little less. I want at least one possibility every single time I go out.

So what is the procedure for initiating contact with a woman in 60 yoc if there are no openers or anything else?

The Anti-Manifesto is just one small part of the entire book. He generally advocates nonverbal opening. Just hold your hand out for a handshake or high five, or raise your glass towards a woman as if for a toast. If they comply, you then start talking. The only verbal opening I recall reading was along the lines of "Hello, you looked interesting so I wanted to meet you."
