I seen guys posting shit like, "I started to act Alpha"

How do you act Alpha? Can somebody give me a full out description,definition of Alpha.

It's not bad if you'd use a search button. I'm pretty sure there are a gazillion threads with alpha in the topictitle.

Being alpha in human behaviour comes down to being the leader of the pack. The person who decides what happens, being the one everyone talks to and being the one the talks with everyone. You can copy alpha-like behaviour, which will increase your value but being a real alpha is something that's beneath the surface.
