If your banging her this week, I would just say "I'm ready to have sex, but if I commit to you, you have to stop seeing that other guy and commit to me" if your looking for a relationship, but if its just a fuck buddy its not fair to make her devote herself to you when you will not devote yourself to her.

Best way to handle this situation, don't think, just fuck her. When you're done, decide where you want this to go, if you want the relationship route, get that other guy out of the picture.
