hey guys, this'll probably be a fairly long post so bare with me because there's a few really interesting things about myself that I think the experienced guys will be able to help with.

Let me lay the background out first. I'm 23 and first got into pick up at 17 (from reading Ross Jeffries 'The master seducers handbook ' thoughts on that book??) I went to uni the following year, stayed at halls and was having the time of my life, partying meeting women, drinking..it was brilliant. The only knowledge I had of pick up came from the Ross jefries book and it really did help! I wasn't banging every single girl I meet in but I was getting with solid 9's!

About have way through thil halls, my world turned upside down. A friend died, i want speaking to any of my family and had ran out of money. I spent the last 4/5 months of halls alone and not going out, i couldn't! Compared to when I arrived a was someone that everyone would call/text because I had very high social value to people there.

the problem I have is now that ive graduated from uni and my life is very good... I have lost all the confidence I had when I first went to halls,and not just woman, but in socialising with guys too. I've become very insecure for some reason and I want to get all that confidence I had with girls back and shake of this nervous, insecure side to me. Has anyone ever experienced something like this?? Has anyone been living up women quite successfull and then found themselves lost at some stage in their life???

I want to get the drive back I once had to go out,be sociallble and not give a fuck what other people think

No its never happened to me

I don't know if you're here looking for some magic pill to just turn your whole life around but guess what? There is none.. If you want to fix whats going on, get out there and force yourself into interactions and force yourself to approach women. This is the only way, you have to stand up and take action.

A great book to give a read is "60 Years Of Challenge" It'll get you in a mindset to pick up women and it is really inspiring.. Give it a read and then get off your ass and get out there.

My life's only gradually getting better since I started investing more time into myself, i'm sure yours will too if you be persistent in reaching your goal.

Do some self visualizations to get yourself back on track. You have to realize how powerful and unstoppable you are if you're in the right mindset.

It's stuck in your head now that everything is turning to shit as far as human interactions are going, so you're keeping yourself there. You've got to take your ego out of the equation and get back to not giving a fuck.
