Hey thought I'd get some input from you guys:

I know this girl from a bar I sometimes hang out at. She's an HB5.5 and I'm not really interested in her, but she always comes by to say hello when she sees me.

Anyways, anytime I am talking to a girl HB7 or above, if she spots me, she just comes by and and starts acting super excited and just drags me with her for a dance or a quick chit-chat about nothing.

I don't want to be rude to her and give her the cold shoulder. What would be a good way for me to stop this behavior from her part without being rude?

Simplest would be to not go to that club, but that's not what your gunna do lol.
Next time she comes towards you tell her you have to go see your girlfriend at some local place, she'll get a clue your taken and "think" she can't get you anyways and you wouln't look like her telling her to f**k off to her face.

Thanks for the advice Charblad, that does make sense, and she would probably stop it.

The only problem is that the place is small and both of us know a lot of people in there. Out of spite, she may simply start vindictive shit.

But yes, at this point, stopping her would be all I need, she cost me an HB8 last Friday. My fault, for not addressing this sooner.

You can actually "use" her to demonstrate social proof, and also as a wing.
However, if she spoils your game and you don't wanna be rude, you can simply put her on the friend zone. It has worked for me. Sooner or later, she will just drop it.

She can introduce you to her group of friends, or people she now. There's always a high chance to get interesting sets like that. Besides, since she's introducing you as her friend there's no need to say any opener.
In order to turn her as your wing, you can choose whether you want her to be a conscious or unconscious wing. If you pick the first one, you'll have to tell her about your pickup style and methodology (it works with adventurous open-minded girls). If she likes the idea, she'll surely help you.
It's really fun, but if you know she wouldn't do that you can make her your unconscious wing. It's easier than it sounds: just stroll around with her to demonstrate social proof. All the HBs of the place will see you with another woman and that makes you a demanding target. They'll be more interested in you and therefore more probable to open with acceptance.
