How would you deliver this line?

If your computer has sound recording (just search windows 7 sound recording), it is easy to record how you'd say it in less than a minute.

Also looking for more lay reports using shock and awe they are so funny and awesome to read!

Why would you want to use that line? In my opinion it sounds way too scripted and you'll come across weird. Maybe if you could improvise and say the same thing with your own words it would be ok I guess. Introduce pauses when you talk to build suspense

That is really just a terrible line. And since you didn't create it yourself, it will be very obvious when you're saying it, which is why it sounds so strange to you. I'm not saying the concept of shock and awe isn't viable, but it definitely requires a little innovation on your behalf before you can go out and use it.
