Dude you have to stop this whole thing about putting yourself down. Her family has money? Great for them. The interaction should be about about a man and a woman. The thing is that if the woman don't feel like she's with a REAL man, then she won't be interested.
Get to know her, and stop thinking about the future so much. Have you considered that maybe she should also meet your standards? It's not all about women all the time. It's also about you.
