ok so there is a girl in my class i been talkin to who seems very interested. i catch her looking at me and shes givin me some good body language. i have been playin it pretty smooth around her up until she told me she was talkin about her boyfriend and i started getting a little flustered and nervous, nothing too drastic though. It really threw me off because i thought we were starting to hit it off and i was going to ask her out until she brought her boyfriend up. Do i still ask her out? How can i make her want me more than her boyfriend? Are there any do's any dont's?

If you're in college, disregard the fact that she has a bf. Bfs come and go at that age. You can play it safe and just invite her to a party together with a group of people, then just game her as usual. You can tell where you stand by how often she mentions her bf. She's probably looking to trade up, but doesn't want to seem like a slut in case she really likes you. If you like her a lot, it's worth investing a little time to game her properly.

There's a difference between a boyfriend notification, and a boyfriend rejection.

The former is just the girl making her status known, in most cases to ease any future guilt she experiences from hooking up with you.

The ladder is a flat out rejection, usually followed by the interaction ending.

If she's still warm around you, invite her out. If she comes alone (without the bf) then go for it.

Im thinkin i might have some serious oneitis here but its like i dont even give a shit im determined to get this girl i like her a lot. Haven't ever felt this way about a girl i barely know and it scares me.
