In San Diego, Taco Tuesday is huge. If you're in the right place then it actually can be hotty central with plenty of 8s, 9s and 10s. I was tagging along with 3 friends (2 girls and a guy).
One of the girls met up with her other friend who was about an 8 but, I figured I could practice a little bit on her as she was just in town. I waited to be introduced to her where I took a bit of the game and made it my own.
I shook her hand and locked eye contact and kept the smile on. After a quick shake, I rose her hand above her head and implied her to do a little spin. She didn't hesitate at all and when she was about done with her little ballet, I quickly brought her arm down and spun her to me like the dance move we always see in those damn movies.
She looked pretty bewildered but had the impressed / happy face on.

I didn't stop there though, I looked to my friend, Jan (one I originally walked in with) and gave a neg:
"This is who you roll with? I've met her 30 seconds and she's in my arms"

The girl blushed like crazy and we talked plenty after. Number obtained.

This is actually one of my first approaches in the game and it seemed to work well.

Any thoughts or ideas?

Well the way I approached it, she is a friend of a friend which kind of killed the whole deal right then and there as they are relatively close buds and talk consistently. I am not in the game to ruin friendships that I cultivated in my short time to a new city.

I am unsure how to go about it from here. I'd like to stay friends with her and just that so, I think it's kind of a bust. Who know though? Down the line...it could turn into something.
