Post an ad on Craigslist asking girls who want to be pop and dance artists to audition for you. These dumb bitches in L.A are so desperate for fame and fortune that they will do just about anything and sleep with anyone. Right?

Post and ad that you are looking for the next Britney Spears or Lady Gaga and that you are looking for someone extremely edgy and sexy and not someone shy or reserved. Say that you will record, develop and pitch them to major labels at absolutely no cost to them. Have them include vocal samples and pictures.

After that it's easy; just go to your inbox and check your messages Pick the ones that you are most interested in banging and set up an audition time. When you meet them go ahead and do the usual "kino" stuff; give them a big hug, no handshakes.

Make conversation to try to put them at ease; show them pics of you with your nieces and nephews! This shows the woman that you are a trustworthy guy and that you love kids! Women just eat that shit up, don't they? Don't forget the "thumb war" routine; this is a way to kino and will show the woman how fun and playful you are!

Make yourself seem legitimate by showing them examples of artists that you have developed. Then it's time for the audition. Tell her you want to see her in something sexier, like underwear perhaps. If she refuses, show her videos of Britney Spears and Katy Perry where they are naked and let her know she needs to do the same if she wants to make it in the industry.

After she's done; sit her on the couch and tell her that if you and her are going to work together, you will have to build trust. Tell her that one way of achieving that is by being intimate. If she refuses, tell her that artists and producers sleep together ALL the time; it helps the creative process. If she refuses, tell her you've got plenty of other girls to "audition". Who knows, you might just get lucky. If you try this routine out with 100 girls, a few will at least have to bite right? It's all a numbers game.

However, if you ever come across a girl who is much smarter than you; she could very well bring you down and make sure that you are prosecuted. Especially if she's is able to locate other women who underwent the same experience and are all willing to press charges.
