I have some colleagues at my workplace, even though its quite risky at workplace, but some how they have this throw caution to wind yet be alert attitude, they usually function in gangs of 2 or 3 and wherever they find a girl being isolated like office cabs, they try to subtly dominate the girl, the girl though gets rid of asd as she finds them as body gaurd and protector in that small group and I have seen some relations formed like these, even though quite discreet.

How does this work, is there some other bad boys approach which works. I am just interested to know, and I have found very less content on the same.
