Sure I did that in my early 20s for a while but it wasn't for a diet - it was called staying out late and going into work at the crack of dawn :). But no, you can't live off 2 hours of sleep a day unless you like dozing off randomly during the day and walking around like a zombie.

I feel ya....didnt know it was a diet....incase thats just what the guy is calling it..

But I was the same...When I partied alot I'd stay up till 4-6am, having to wake up around 7:30 to be at work by 8am.......As long as I didnt get drunk enough to be hungover, I was always fine...cuz once the alcohol wears off, I wake up..and am wide awake ready to go... As for now though, I dont drink too much...But I can still make it on 2 hours of sleep....Not sure if I could do it EVERY day tho

i'm talking about the sleep diet mentioned in the book the game by niel strauss where you have a 20 minute nap every 4 hours, supposedly after 10 days your body gets used to the sleeping pattern and you have enough energy and able to function normally. I suppose most people aren't able to attempt it cause you would get fired if you were caught napping at work
