I had a really bad opinion about myself 5 years ago. i know for PUA community since januar this year. opinion about myself completely changed because i changed my beliefs and i did it with talking with people and watching them respond and by finding out at which stage i really am. i found out that i can improve myself and i'm satisfied with me.
my girlfriend is going through that process and she has a really bad opinion about her body and her body is not bad. how can somebody change beliefs about how cute or good of a person they are? i failed to help her.
You're making it your task to change someone's belief system. Understand that the change comes within oneself.
That being said, when a woman feel insecure about her physical attributes, it's time for a wake up call. You telling her how pretty she is will do absolutely nothing. Be more practical.
Get her in front of a mirror. Tell her to look at herself and pay attention to every detail. Ask her what are the things she wants to change about her appearance. Ask her why.
Once she lists all those things tell her to START FUCKING CHANGING THEM. People usually feel bad about themselves but do very little to change their situations. They expect change to just come without them doing any kind of effort.
You have to make her realize that if she wants to change, she has to make things happen. You can't make her change if she truly doesnt want to. That's not your job.
