What do you do when a girl is into you but too shy to stay and talk? There is this bartender girl that is definitely into me but she gets very nervous around me and stumbles over her words and then walks away. haha! It's kind of comical actually because usually it's the guy acting this way. She would come over and ask me if everything was ok then kind of stand there and look at me and linger. She will keep her whole body pointed toward me but then look away with her head at the tv's. Geez she starts making me uncomfortable! Anyway how would you handle this? How do I make her comfortable to stick around long enough so I can warm her up and ask her out? She is just SOOO shy around me!

The shyness will go away with time. Just show her she can be herself around you. Maybe ask her some questions here or there that make her feel just a LITTLE uncomfortable and slowly build your way up.

How do you know she's completely into you? Just because she gets a bit shy around you does not mean she likes you. She may get shy around everyone and you could be making some huge assumptions.

Yeah, she may be giving you some signs of interests (maybe), but also remember that she's being paid to "take care of you".

Now, assuming she likes you, why don't you try to take the interaction somewhere else? She might be nervous because some businesses don't allow bartenders to get involved with the customers (for example, Hooters waitresses are not supposed to give out their phone numbers...)

Don't try to create attraction there, but instead, see if you can invite her out somewhere. I'm sure once you take her out of that environment she'll be able to relax more around you.
