Quick personal opinin on a case:

If you look like Brad Pit, with 6 pax showin off in a costume party, one of the hottest guys around;

Chicks come and touch you makin a conversation with you, would you tell them:
Hey,,,!!!! You gotta buy me a drink before you touch me like that.

Would you say that? Why not?

If said in a cocky/funny way it could probably work. Depends on how they touch you too.

If your good looking, it makes things easier for you to open women, but you better have a decent comeback after you deliver an opener like that...

A neg is a joking statement designed to take her down a notch...but this is a joking statement designed to put you up a notch. It's not a neg call it a "pos" (for positive) :P And yeah, if she's already putting your hands all over your abs, I think this would be a fine thing to say.
