Can PUA help you get a social circle or new friends?

I've been meaning to ask this for a while now but it never occurred to me that if I start approaching girls everyday that maybe it will help me with other areas of my life like getting friends. Do you think that by approaching girls everyday you can develop a social circle and find some friends? and if not is there any other way I can help myself develop a social circle if I have no friends at the moment?

The social aspect of pickup can be applied to any group of people really, but how old are you? This is a relevant question because making friends in High School can be very different from doing so outside of it.

Not really. Social circles include male camaraderie, unless you're bi and hit on guys as well, you're not really going to build a social circle.

Plus, it's either you bang them or you don't with PUA. So why would you have chicks who know you wanted to bang them but did not in your social circle?

I disagree. PUA may help you become more of an extrovert, and that, in turn, is obviously also gonna get you more friends if you are open to it. It's not like you're gonna pick them up like girls, but you're definately more fun to hang with if you're a real cool guy, right?
