Tell her a joke. Sure way to get her laughing. It's better when you think the joke is funny but here is one I heard last night just incase you don't have one. "When does a cub scout become by scout? when he eats his first brownie."

Pick up lines are kinda fake, they're a good start to get you used to gaming but they don't get results other than gaining confidence. The thing with jokes and women are they don't have to be original, I've made girls laugh holding up a orange and going "orange you glad i didnt say banana?" they LOL'd hard. Once I asked a girl "knock knock" "whos there?" "owls" "owls who? (hoo)" "yes your right owls hoo" and had them sit there like im retarded. If you use a joke tell her one thats easy to get, and nostalgic and she will laugh

I'm sorry but you are dead in the water. Going out with the intention of getting laid almost never works. Just have fun, when you are having fun you are way more attractive ;) If it just so happens a girl doesn't mind much having sex with you so be it.
