Girls and Guys give me weird reactions? [College]

It's like after they get to meet me, they will see me again a few times. Like at first, they are all nice to me. Then when I say hi to them or they say hi to me, they always have this indifferent "oh, hey" expression as if it's like "meh, oh its just this guy" or "wow hes walking alone again" or an opinion that im low social value. This makes me feel even worse and its a vicious cycle. Not everyone does this but I have seen this quite a bit. Help

Maybe you should start making friends. Meaning sticking to a group or something.
Is that difficult for you? (im being curious)
