I invited a HB 8.5 and 3 other people to come out on my mates birthday bar/pub crawl tonight. I said to her that other people were coming who she knows (and who all originally agreed to come). Its a big night out, so I wanted to bring as many people as possible.

She obviously wants to come, but I strongly suspect that the 3 others are going to flake out.

So my question...should I tell this girl everyone has flaked out as soon as I find out (which may be a good few hours before), wait until last minute, or don't tell her at all until I meet her? Obviously I don't want her to flake out because others have.

I would definitely tell her otherwise she's going to think the whole thing was just a ploy to get her to come out.

I would wait until almost the last minute so she's already "invested" time and effort into going out and then tell her. Hopefully, because she's ready to go out anyway she'll be more receptive to going out just with you...
