Met a girl yesterday, talked a bit and got her to add me on FB as my phone is out of commission. I skipped through her profile pictures, and the second one was some model looking girl that figured was a look alike, or whatever, only to realize that it's actually her. This picture is like model status pretty, has 100+ likes and comments out the ass. All that. Now I'm thinking I can use it as a convo opener. Something like "no way is that girl in the vest you". Maybe calibrate with a =P? Depending on her response I'd probably follow with "lol, hope you could take a joke" (stolen from "best online opener...").

What do you guys think? This got potential?

It's far better to chat about something you've allready talked about but damn mate, fb chat is really bad for your odds. A model with 100+ likes in photo will never date a guy who surfs a forum to ask what his first lines should be.
But you can try, why the hell not.

If she has more than a hundred likes on it and if it's a professional picture, all the other guys have said that. You're not disqualifying her by saying that "in no way is that you!". She will know it is sarcasm because she know you know it is her. So basically, you're just sucking up to it.

In my opinion, the best is simply to ignore that picture. That will disqualify her. You'll look needy and will lower your own value if she knows that you even went through her pictures.

If you really want to comment on that picture, don't say a compliment: disqualify her and catch her off her guard. Now don't say something like "OMG your tan [on this pic] is sooo orange, i've never seen anything so horrible" (taken from one guy of the PUA show with Mystery, who got kicked out of course), that's pointless and mean. Say something which could improve the picture like "you'd look better with a blue top, this one doesn't fit you right", or (a bit risky, but worth the try), "this picture would look so much better with you next to me in it".

Note that I said "you next to me" and not "me with you" or "me somewhere near you". The way it is said their shows her that you have more value than her and that you would be the "thing" improving the picture.

Hope this helps, keep us posted.

Ahah, I like the "you next to me" bit. And to clarify, she's not actually a model. It's just a shot where she's done up nicely for whatever reason. The reason I planned that comment is because I didn't actually think it was her, until I saw the comments. I'll be opening through chat, not a comment on the photo or message.

100 likes...do you really want to jump into the band wagon...be different (in a good way) and she may like you more...
