Everyday I see this hb9 walking to class(I'm in high school by the way),and I can see her looking at me from the corner of my eye,but when I look back at her she won't make eye contact with me.What's going on here and how should I handle this?

Do you see her look away? Which way does she look? I would say next time this happens go for the approach if interested, but I shouldn't be preaching something I can't do myself. I guess I'll be hypocritic and say go for it if she seems like the shy type.

It sounds like she's shy, and it also sounds like you're shy, lol. Just go up to her and open her.

Some women avoid eye contact because they don't want you to know that they are interested in you. You do not need EC to open her. If you rely on eye contact then your asking for permission. Or... next time she looks at you, look at her quickly and neg her =)
