first i just went about approaching/opening...got pretty good at it
developed aa all of the sudden afterwards--> AA from trying to open/transition?
went away and started trying to just talk to people [approached like crazy], opening no longer an issue...got to a pretty good level
aa kicks back in again--> AA from trying to maintain conversations?
went away and i can talk to people pretty well [started meeting new people/having them enjoy my time like crazy] and started trying to get more physical, got to a pretty good level
now approach anxiety has kicked in once again---> AA from trying to be physical?
but this one hasn't been going away so readily...i can't even approach people in my classes because i'm starting to get in my head. Albeit it's been only less than 2 months since i started to try to improve on cold approaches but this one doesn't seem to go away [went about ~20 nights]

sometimes I feel like 10/10 nervous when doing an approach, other times its like just a casual walk in the park,
you just have to keep approaching, and keep doing it, one thing that seems to allways be constant is that if I get AA, it gets softened big time after a few approaches and then you get into approach machine mode

You will always get it, because you are essentially entering the unknown (unacquainted girl). I've had times where I've just finished sarging a girl, and then getting AA when spotting my next target. There really is no way around it, expect to push it back to where it came from. I wonder what it is about alcohol that stems this problem?
