My STICKING POINT is : I CANNOT APPROACH. I can talk to woman normally, and usually once I start talking to women, they get attracted, but I cannot go and talk to a random girl on the street. Someone has to present her to me and then I can talk to her.

How do I get rid of that fucking approach anxiety ?

The best way to beat AA is to take it in small steps.

Start off by just saying "hello, how are you?" until you're comfortable with that.

Next would be to integrate some sort of easy opener, like "Could you tell me how to get to so-and-so place/ Do you know where I could find whatever shop"

Once you get them talking it should be ok for you.

Some people like to place bets for a fairly large sum of money with their friends that they can approach a certain number of women. This usually helps motivate you into getting out of your comfort zone and make your approaches.

Personally, before I approach someone I just clear my mind, take a deep breath in and out and just go for it. I find it easier if I don't over think it.

I stand by the 3 second rule. But I re-named it for my own personal use.

I call it the "Fuck it just fucking do it" rule.

It's where you fuck it and just fucking do it.

I find it really does help out when I find myself in a situation where I need to fuck it and just fucking do it.
