Can methods like 60 years of challenge or Shock and Awe be used on girls that you are friends with? Like friends on the university campus, or friends in my class etc ?

Wouldn't use shock'n'awe, not really what it was designed for. But ya never know could be worth a try weird shit works sometimes. I wouldn't do it, I'd just run a standard neg/kino/escalation game on them.
