I met this one girl and she doesnt call me back sometimes or texts and says she will call and doesnt. I call her and leave a message and she doesnt even let me know she got the message. When I get her on the phone she seems interested and likes talking to me but I want her to actually reach out and call or express interest.

What do I do???

Flake a few times when she calls you, not always ofcourse, call her back within a few hours or the next day tell her you were busy, tell interesting stories, make her laugh, then freeze her out untill she calls you. I dont know but should you stop with the phone thing and go play outside?
