Let me start off by saying I am by no means an expert PUA. Within a few posts I think that’ll be clear to everyone, but that’s why I’m here. I’m ready to learn but learning is a process, so if I make any mistakes at any point during the conversations I'm going to be sure to mention, let me know so I won’t make them in the future. Anyways...

Alright a while back I met this amazing girl about an 8.5-9.0, and we start talking. I instantly can tell by her accent she was from Finland. (I’ve known a few Finnish people so I’ve learned the sound of the accent.) So I ask her about it and I was right. (Maybe I was a bit blunt with the question, almost to the point of awkwardness. I just outright said “Are you from Finland?” as my third sentence to her.)

So we've been hanging out for a while and every time we do she's always looking at ME. When she's talking she makes eye contact with ME specifically. Normally that wouldn't be a sure sign of anything but the thing is we usually hang out with a few other friends too but every time I glance over at her she's always looking right at ME.

So that's when I start thinking that she's into me, which with any luck is the case, but the other day she said something which made me pretty sure of it. Here's a brief rundown of how the conversation went about half way through.

(I have a feeling this might be borderline on breaking rule#3 but I don't know for sure. If there was anyway for me to explain this without the rule being broken I would but I can't really think of anything.) She's quizzing me on Finnish because she's been teaching me for a while, then we make eye contact. She smiled a little and said something along the lines of
"Listen... I really trust you. More then I trust most of my friends back in my own country. I have to be honest... I've been thinking about trying weed." So at this point I'm thinking to myself "What the fuck ?" although I didn't say that out loud for obvious reasons.
So I answer back "Okay... so why didn't you ever think about it back in Finland?" (Maybe not my best choice of words...)
This is where I think she's lying to me but I don't know, I might google this later for verification purposes, but she tells me something along the lines of, “We don’t do that in Finland. Nobody I’ve known there has done it before. I’m not even sure it’s in the country.”
So I say back "And why exactly are you telling this to me?" (Also not my best choice of words...)

This is where she says something like "Because I want to try it, but I'm scared. I'd rather smoke with someone I trust then with a stranger or by myself, and I trust you more then anyone else here. I'm going to try it either way but I'd feel a lot safer if I did it with you." So my question is not if I should smoke with her or not. What I'm wondering is this: does this mean she's into me, or am I misreading the signal? I genuinely like her as a friend so if she's not into me I'd rather not do anything to fuck it up, but if she is into me I wanna know so I can make my move before she loses interest.

Hey Tromez. Girls are never sure of what they want. They like to keep themselves in this floating state where they're half sure and half unsure. They make their decisions based on your actions. It's like a scale that is equal if you put one or 2 or even a few pieces of dust nothing will change but if you put a lot of dust the scale will tip over. In order for this girl to like you or not you have to make a major move. The factor deciding whether she's into you or not is your own beliefs and the way you feel. If you feel she should like you because your a kewl and a good guy she will think the same. What you feel=what she feels. She wants to smoke and experience something new? Well, did she refer to you before about anything to help her out or do anything or is this her first time? She might be using you because she knows you'll never tell anyone but her friends might. Or she doesn't want her friends knowing she smokes. It's really hard to figure out the reason solely from the information you gave here. I am not your father or anything but I personally would suggest smoking weed. If she really trusts that much and thinks your a good friend hang out with her, ask her to help you with your homework and see if she's really into you or is using you. Good luck.

Thanks for the input AmazingArt I was actually thinking something along the same lines, but when it comes to reading people I like to have a few other peoples opinions to work off of just to be sure I'm not completely off. And just a quick notice I'm already taking a bit of a risk of getting myself in trouble here mentioning the marijuana aspect of this, so I don't think anyone replying to this should really talk to much about it. I don't want anybody getting banned over a reply to my post, I'd feel sorta responsible. If your answer absolutely has to relate to the marijuana thing just tell me through a private message or something. I have a feeling that this post violates rule 3 so sorry for any trouble this ends up causing.
