I recruit models on a day to day bases and face AA but eventual force myself to talk to them and barley ever get rejected. I am also a photographer for the company so I pretty much direct the models to do poses and such and associate kino, but that's it, I can't bring myself to any level of discussion where I am actually trying to get the girl.

I have a shoot with 2 of the models on Saturday so If any one can help me before that I would greatly appreciate it!

PS: Most of the models are 17,18 only a few are 18+ I am also 17

How do you recruit those models? Walking on the streets? At a studio?

If they come to you at a studio for instance (this is my assumption) then man, for your age group you have the golden ticket. You realize that those models will basically do whatever you want for a shot at being recruited, right?!

I'm not saying that you should take advantage of the situation, but...maybe you should .

I think if this is your position, then it doesn't require for you to learn that much game, since those models are probably going to be very receptive to anything you say.

I'd start by making them feel comfortable around you, remember they might be nervous with your presence. So get them laughing by making some funny comments (not jokes), and helping them relax a bit.

Pick the ones you like, and concentrate on those. Once you get a chance to talk to them alone, ask them about who they are. Just have a normal conversation. At some point tell them that you should meet up and try to get their digits.

Work on your inner game. That's the best way of dealing with AA and project confidence around women. It will also help you at work too.

Again, my assumptions were that those models somehow come to you. If they don't, well, forget all I said (or not) .

Seriously dude, we live in an era of sexual harassment, and you do not want to lose you business by creeping on the women who are necessary for you to produce your product/service. You do, however, have a real opportunity to work on your AA that wont' threaten your professionalism at all. You just have to say hello, ask these girls how their day has been going. It's not always a quick process, but its a process nonetheless. If you are uncomfortable just speaking to women, odds are your "game" will come off as incredibly creepy. That could hurt your job, so balance is necessary.

You can use these shoots just to make small talk, and that is how we all start.

if you can pickup models for work, you can pickup models for yourself outside of work, get over your AA and start approaching people in life, everywhere you go, when you are not working

This. As mixing work with pleasure overall is a bad idea and even more so with this sort of gig as what will happen is you will get a rep for it and that can very much put you out of the job.

Well I own this business and one of the main reasons for starting it was to get to meet new people and to eliminate my anxiety, so what I basically do is every time I see a hot girl who has potential I force myself to go up there and say "hey, do you have a few minutes" 90% of the time the y say yeah sure ans smile, then I tell them about what we do etc, and then I call them out to shoots like the one I have tomorrow for example Its just a practice shoot to improve my skills and two hot chicks are coming along. Hand out business cards to demonstrate your business is legit. It gives you social proof too. You could also omit the part about bringing a friend over, unless you see there's a lot of hesitation from them to show up.

Also, even if they bring a friend over, you could have fun and talk to them. After all, you have the phone number of your targets, so you can try gaming them after the initial encounter on a random day. There's no need to rush.

I know I can try gaming them but what sort of gaming would I apply? I can't just ask them to chill in town for a bit I mean, thats creepy. I do think when I hjave shoots with modles who are already comfortable with me and come alone and its just me and them doing the shoot, I can get allot of kino, jokes, compliments and shit going but I can never take it any higher than that... what should I do once I have reached this stage?

Seriously, don't do it. All it takes is one blown set and your business is dead. Use teh opportunities to get over AA, practice basic shit, but you don't wanna actually try to game these girls if you like your job.
