I'd define successful as not ever worrying about where your next lay was coming from. Once you can stop going out to pick up girls and just start picking them up often and regularly in your day to day life without going out of your way to meet them, you're successful with women. I've reached that point and I know quite a few other guys on here have.

Part two of success is also knowing that you don't compromise what you want in a woman. That you will only sleep with the type of girls you want, date the type of girls that are right for you, and learn to accept that women won't be attracted to you sometimes without that hurting your ego.

As for what's possible, well the sky is the limit. You can have any number of hot girls you want with the skillset that is right for you (and I mean RIGHT FOR YOU!) no skill set is right for everyone or every girl.

I guess the best thing to do is actually do something. Going out and meeting girls is the best way to meet girls. Reading articles and books helps but you'll find that you develop your own game and style that is different to any method you might learn. Eventually you completely stop noticing you're doing anything at all and it becomes so natural and fluent you don't think about game.

Another way you could look at it is that you could be seen as an mPUA by actually using what you've learnt to end up in long and fulfilling relationship with the girl of your dreams. Like you said before it's all about what goals you have.
