Look at her face :)...if she's acting like she's disgusted, probably you're not in the right path.

Women who are turned on have a very distinctive facial expression. It's like they want to close their eyes but they cant. Like they want to say something but nothing comes out of their mouths, basically, like if they're in a trance.

Every person is different, and some women won't give you any signals. To me, if she's engaging, it's ON. Women don't waste their time with men they're not interested in. ;)
